Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 February 2026
At Iqorven S.A.S. ("Iqorven", "we") we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy describes what information we collect, the purposes for which we process it and how you can exercise your rights, in compliance with Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and the AAIP guidelines in force in 2026.
1. Data we collect
We only collect information you voluntarily enter in our forms (name, email and message) and basic technical navigation data (device type, pages visited). We do not collect sensitive data.
2. Purposes of processing
We use your data to reply to enquiries, manage your interest in published projects, comply with legal and contractual obligations and —with your consent— measure the use of the site and show relevant communications.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free and informed consent, on the execution of pre-contractual measures you request, and on legal obligations that apply to us. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Who we share data with
We only share data with providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, email, measurement, advertising) under agreements that protect your information. We never sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Argentina, in jurisdictions that guarantee adequate protection levels or through contractual clauses compatible with local regulation.
6. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the described purposes or when a legal retention obligation exists. Afterwards, data is anonymised or securely deleted.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, as well as to object to specific processing. Write to hola@iqorven.com to exercise them.
8. Supervisory authority
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) is the control body in Argentina. You may file complaints with it if you consider your rights have not been respected.
9. Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures —encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring— to prevent unauthorised access or leaks. No system is 100% infallible.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational or regulatory changes. We will publish the current version on this page indicating the last update date.
