These Terms and Conditions govern access and use of the site iqorven.com (the "Site"), operated by Iqorven S.A.S., with registered address at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1150, Floor 4, Office B, Puerto Madero, CABA, Argentina.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Site you expressly accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose
The Site offers descriptive information about real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina and enables contact channels. It does not constitute personalised financial advice.
3. Eligibility
Access to the Site is intended for natural persons or legal entities with legal capacity under Argentine law to undertake economic commitments.
4. Risks
Participating in real estate projects involves risks: returns are not guaranteed, may be deferred over time and depend on market factors. The capital contributed may suffer partial or total losses.
5. Legal nature
Iqorven carries out an activity of private-contribution intermediation framed within Argentine legislation in force in 2026. The operation does not constitute a public offering of negotiable securities (Law 26,831) and is not supervised by the National Securities Commission (CNV).
6. Intellectual property
All contents of the Site (texts, images, logos, design) belong to Iqorven or are used under licence. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Permitted use
You undertake to use the Site in good faith, respecting the applicable legislation and refraining from conduct that may harm the infrastructure or other users.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iqorven will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the Site or the information contained in it.
9. Amendments
We may update these terms to adapt to operational, regulatory or product changes. The version in force will be the one published on this page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, to the exclusion of any other forum or jurisdiction.
